Our campsites offer facilities including fireplaces, water standpipes, and communal ablution facilities. Each campsite accommodates a maximum of 8 guests and 3 vehicles. Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur charges.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Rates are quoted in US$. Rates are quoted per person sharing per night. Rates are subject to change
without prior notice. Rates include government taxes where applicable. If taxes increase, we reserve the
right to increase the rate accordingly.
The above rates exclude:
- Visa costs
- PItems of personal nature.
- Travel Insurance
Reservation Procedure
All reservations must be received in writing via e-mail or through the website using the check front booking system. Online Indemnity forms to be filled and signed with guest details after payment of
Deposit or full payment.
PAYMENT POLICY
All bookings are held as provisional until:
A deposit of 30% of the total invoiced amount (as specified on the invoice) must be received by us. This payment is made through bank transfer. Should the deposit not be received our reservation system will not book you. Once the deposit is received – the booking will be regarded as confirmed on total number of guest and dates held. Balance of payment must be received at least 60 days prior to arrival. Proof of payment must be emailed to our Maun office with the following details: Company name, reservation name & number, date of deposit, amount paid. PLEASE NOTE: There will be no provisional bookings using this system, bookings are secured only by deposit payment. If another booking is received accompanied by a 30% deposit before your booking will not be secured and the space will not be available for you. If you are using bank transfer to make a payment, always confirm if the space is still available before making the transfer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations will be subject to the following policy:

- We are not liable for changes, delays, or omissions during the tour due to technical difficulties,
- We do not accept liability for tour cancellation due to personal circumstances such as illness or vehicle-related issues.
- Guests are responsible for bringing necessary camping equipment and ensuring they use the correct vehicles for accessing our campsites.
Booking Payments
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. Full payment must be made 2 months
prior to arrival.
VAT is applicable to all invoices, and payments can be made via bank transfer,). or credit card (with a 3.5% surcharge). Proof of payment must be sent immediately after payment for confirmation.
